Makai Lemon is talent versus room. Our rookie board has him fifth: USC's 2025 (79 catches, 1,156 yards, 11 scores) is a real WR1 college season, and the Eagles highlight pack on draft night is a smooth route runner who wins after the catch. The Cold board has him third on the sell list: Sports Arena wants you to move the rookie premium for Christian Watson because Philadelphia is packed.
Both notes can be true. Lemon is a good player. Philadelphia is a bad place to need year-one volume. Superflex managers who took him at 1.05 are holding a 2028 asset, not a 2026 starter. If a contender offers Watson plus a pick, that is the Cold trade. If a rebuild offers a late first for Lemon, hold Lemon.
