The tape
Jaylen Waddle in Denver is a sentence Ball Keep is still evaluating in public. Yates 44th, Keep off the top 50. The 2025 midseason Broncos All-22 clip is speed in a new offense: jets, crossing routes, Nix taking shots. That is more interesting than another year as Miami's WR2.
Dynasty wanted Waddle to be a WR1 three years ago. He is a WR3 with WR2 upside now, which is still useful and no longer a 1.01. If the Broncos usage spikes, The Keep will have him in the 50s next cycle and we will all pretend we knew. If it doesn't, he is a speed bench piece.
Plus
- Yates PPR 44th - speed that still creates chunk plays; 2025 Broncos midseason reel is the new chapter.
- Change of scenery can wake up a player who was buried in Miami's usage patterns.
Minus
- Off The Keep top 50 - the 'alpha WR' outcome is no longer the base case.
- Denver's target tree (Sutton and friends) can keep him a WR3.
