Joe Burrow at Keep #15 is Ball Keep admitting two true things at once. One: the passing talent and the Chase pairing are still SF QB1 peak. Two: you cannot rank him with Maye and Allen until the availability question is boring again. PFN, Nerds, and KTC keep him inside the top 20. That is respect, not a blanket.
