The tape
Chase Brown is a redraft RB1/RB2 who dynasty treats as a Keep 46, and both can be right. Yates 14th in PPR is 'I need a back who catches passes on a high-scoring team.' The 2025 top-plays reel is exactly that: dump-offs, checkdowns, enough juice to finish. Our standard board even bumps him because the touchdowns showed up.
Superflex startups will still have 45 names they would rather build around, including younger backs and every starting quarterback. That is not an insult. That is the format. Brown is how you win 2026. He is not how you win 2029.
Plus
- Yates PPR 14th / STD 11th - 2025 Bengals RB1 weeks were startable everywhere.
- Receiving chops keep him alive in PPR even when Cincinnati is in a shootout.
Minus
- Keep #46 - dynasty does not pay for a Bengals back the way redraft does.
- Cincinnati's offense is Chase/Higgins first; Brown is the leftover, even when the leftover is tasty.
