The tape
Bo Nix is the Superflex QB2 who became a starter you can live with. Keep #34, KTC 31st, Nerds 35th. The 2025 Can't-Miss 43-yard strike to Sutton is the plus: Denver can push the ball, Nix can take the shot, the Broncos are not a dink-and-dunk apology every week.
He is not Maye. He is not Daniels. He is the player you draft when those two are gone and you still need a second Superflex starter who will be in the same offense next year. That is valuable. It is not sexy. Sexy is how people end up with a rookie QB3 and no floor.
Plus
- Keep #34 - Broncos starter with a 2025 deep-ball reel (Sutton) that looks like a real passing game.
- Superflex QB2 with room to climb if Denver's weapons hold.
Minus
- Three-board average in the 30s is 'starter you don't love,' not 'breakout you pay a first for.'
- Redraft 1QB can ignore him; rushing floor is not Daniels/Maye.
