The Keep #37Board #37Age 33
Superflex boards
ESPN (Karabell) 17
RotoWire 32
Dynasty Nerds 50
PFN (Katz/Soppe) 52

Plus

  • Cowboys still throw; Karabell has him as a top-20 Superflex name.
  • When healthy he is a locked weekly QB1 in Superflex and a fine QB2 in 1QB.

Minus

  • Age 33 and a Keep average that only climbs because short boards love the volume.
  • The long boards (PFN, Dynasty Nerds) have him around 50 — that is the five-year price.
  • Age 33 at quarterback: still a starter, no longer a five-year 1.01 without a discount.
  • Expert spread is wide (ESPN (Karabell) 17, RotoWire 32, Dynasty Nerds 50, PFN (Katz/Soppe) 52…). You are betting with one camp, not a unanimous tape.

Ball Keep Take

Dak Prescott is on The Keep because Superflex still pays for a high-volume Cowboys passer, not because we are pretending he is Maye. Eric Karabell has him 17th. RotoWire is in the 30s. The long boards sit near 50. The average lands in the late 30s, which is honest: you start him, you do not build a 2029 roster around him.

1QB leagues should treat him as a mid QB1 this year and a fading asset after that. Superflex can hold him as QB2/QB3 behind a young stack. Do not pay a 2027 first to 'get the Cowboys quarterback.' Pay a late first if you are competing and the other manager still thinks Dak is a top-12 dynasty quarterback.

The age tax is the ranking. If Dallas's passing volume holds, the 2026 weekly floor is real. If it doesn't, you are holding a 33-year-old with no rushing cushion. That is a fine Superflex piece. It is not a Keep cornerstone.
