The tape
Carson Beck is the volatile Superflex dart we put 19th on the rookie board with the words high standard deviation. The 2025 Cotton Bowl reel against Ohio State is a quarterback in a big environment. Arizona taking a swing is how 2QB leagues stay interesting and how 1QB leagues stay away.
If Beck sits, you waited. If Beck plays and it works, you look like a genius at 2.08. If Beck plays and it doesn't, you took a QB instead of Stowers. Superflex can take that bet once. It should not take it twice.
Plus
- Rookie #19 - Cardinals QB dart, 2025 CFP Cotton Bowl vs. Ohio State reel, volatile Superflex 2nd/3rd.
- High-variance passers can still hit in 2QB; the arm talent is on the clip.
Minus
- Our note: high STD DEV. This is a dart, not a plan.
- Arizona already has a roster; year-one starting is not the base case.
