Ball Keep Take
Jahmyr Gibbs is the running back the trade market will not stop paying for. KeepTradeCut has him as the Superflex 1.01, ahead of Chase and Bijan. Yates has him as the PPR 1.01. Ball Keep's seven-board mix lands him sixth because a few expert lists still stuff quarterbacks in front of every back. That gap is a buying opportunity in startups that use KTC as gospel and a selling opportunity if someone offers you Allen/Maye straight up in Superflex.
The 2025 Eagles game we embedded — 146 yards of burst and cutback — is why scouts stopped calling him a change-of-pace. He is a feature back who happens to be explosive. Detroit will still sprinkle Montgomery into short-yardage, and that is the minus you live with. It has not stopped Gibbs from being a weekly RB1.
Age and efficiency are the dynasty case. The redraft case is even cleaner: PPR and standard both have him in the top two because the Lions keep scoring. If your league mates still think 'Detroit backfield' means a split you cannot trust, let them. Then take Gibbs and stop talking.
