The tape
Davante Adams is on the Cold board because 33-year-old receivers coming off 14-touchdown outliers are how contenders donate future picks. The Footballers' sell is the copy. Yates still has him 50th in PPR because the Rams debut tape (including cooking Derek Stingley) still looks like Adams. Both can be true.
If you are 11-2, you want Adams. If you are 4-9, you wanted to have sold Adams last year. If a contender will send you a 2027 first, you smash. If they will send you a 2027 third, you smash slightly less but still smash.
Plus
- Yates PPR 50th - still a WR3 who can cook a corner (Stingley clip) on a good Rams offense.
- Win-now redraft name next to Nacua/Stafford.
Minus
- Cold: Fantasy Footballers - 33, coming off a 14-TD outlier, cash to a contender.
- Off The Keep on purpose; dynasty has no business paying for this.
