If the Commanders' backfield opens, Allen is a waiver-wire hero in redraft and a nice taxi hit in dynasty. If it doesn't, he was Rookie 20 and you spent a third. Superflex thirds are for this.
Do not draft him before Singleton unless you are in love. Do draft him at the end of a rookie draft if you like mean runners. We like mean runners. We like them cheaper.
